Rodd was very professional in the handling of our sale, especially in a very difficult selling market. We were not particularly motivated sellers. He understood that and did not pressure us in any way. His recommendations were sound and I felt that he had our best interests at heart. He was proactive and, once we had a contract, he took full charge and saw it to completion. I feel that he does a very effective job in marketing his listings and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
