Not sure that I can find the right words to justify Rodd’s performance throughout the sale of our home. I requested Rodd to shoot me straight when he assessed our home prior to listing and give any advice on how we could get top dollar as well as close the sale as quickly as possible.
He did exactly that. I tidied up the property. Improved some minor things that had major results. He really fought hard for us and clearly proved that he had our best interests at heart. Once the property had an offer, Rodd explained in detail what the legal verbiage meant regarding the contract and advised on how to execute the counter offer.
The house went under contract. Towards closing, a few problems presented themselves. Rodd really proved himself in the final days of closing and dug deep. He did not entertain any excuses from the buyers realtor to delay the sale. If it wasn’t for Rodd, we wouldn’t have closed the deal and lost that sale.
I would highly recommend Rodd for any real estate needs and as I promised him. He has earned the position as our family’s realtor from here on out.
