Miami Beach Golf Club
Miami Beach Golf Club ranks among the elite courses in the State of Florida. Developer, Carl Fisher, created the course in 1923, then known as Bayshore Golf Course in hopes to lure the more affluent residents from NY, Indianopolis, and Detroit. Years later, during World War II, the Army rented the course for battle training for $1 per year. Since then, the course has been improved and renovated many times over. The latest design and improvements came from one of America’s foremost golf course designers, Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates. This restored landmark competes with the best in elegance and design.
