I am very impressed with Rodd both as a person, and a real estate agent. He shows that he truly cares about his clients, and is an absolute professional. He is extremely knowledgeable of Broward County, my target area, and has a very keen insight into the market. He does his due diligence expeditiously, is ready to show properties immediately, and continuously follows through. That was helpful for me, as I had a short time line to work with. Always upbeat and pleasant, even when I became discouraged of finding what I wanted, by my deadline. I have had excellent results, and will always pass his card to friends looking for a home or rental, as he treats everyone like a V.I.P. no matter what their price point.
